RMS Living Luminzer Glow On!

Who doesn't want dewy, glowy skin like we all see on celebrities and in print? I know I do! Allow me to present RMS Living Luminizer. This luminizer/highlighter has now reached cult beauty status, so much so there's a waitlist for it on Birchbox.com.
But never fear its available on the RMS site and Beautylish.com.
Now more about the product, this is truly a luminizer you will not get frosty, glittery fairy dust highlights from this product. This is refined, it has a quite beauty. This makes a woman GLOW.

RMS also prides itself in creating organic products. You will find coconut oil, rosemary and vitamin e in this product. Good for your skin and the environment.

Giselle uses RMS, I'm going to apply heavily and try that bikini on again. ;) Jcrew also uses the entire product line on its never-ending supply of fresh faced glowy models.

Product retails for $38.00 and its worth every penny.
So go ahead and get your glow on you can thank me later!

ipsy The Best $10 You'll Ever Spend!

Ipsy completes me, we are currently having a mad love affair. She teases, rewards and surprises me every month. And all that for $10.00.
Ipsy is a monthly beauty subscription. Every month you receive a makeup bag and 4 to 5 beauty items.
How do they know what to send you ask? When you join ipsy you take a profile quiz and this helps target your likes and dislikes. So everybody gets different bags every month. In fact quite a few members receive two bags and purposely skew the quiz so as not to receive the same products. Yes it's that good!
Ipsy also puts out teasers at the beginning of the month on Facebook and Twitter. It's quite fun trying to figure out what's what.
Then around the 10th of each month your glam room opens on the ipsy site. There you will be able to see what you will be receiving. Some people look (like me) others like to keep it all a surprise.
Last month (May) was my very first ipsy bag. I truly loved everything I received, I also received quite a few bonus items for earning points and spreading the ipsy love on Facebook. All I did was post a referral link provided by ipsy for my use. See below...

Join me on ipsy and subscribe to the Glam Bag! You get 4-5 beauty products every month delivered to your door, for just $10. Michelle Phan curates the bags! Check it out here: http://www.ipsy.com/r/9qfx

Below are photos of my ipsy bag and items, then the separate photos are the items I received for FREE for earning referral points. Oh ipsy how do I love you!

ipsy Generation Beauty 2014

Generation Beauty is a annual event hosted by my favorite beauty subscription ipsy. I will be posting more on ipsy later but for now lets talk about Gen Beauty!
Generation Beauty is a two day event held in LA every year. This was my first year to attend and you better believe I will be back next year!
Tickets for the two day event ran me $64.00 with my ipsy code, and it was well worth the money. Sponsors from many different beauty brands were in attendance giving makeovers, free samples and goody bags. Many of the freebies were full sized products. Well worth over what I paid for the ticket price.
Some of my favorite items were as follows:

  • Full Sized Bare Essentials Bare Skin foundation and brush.
  • Full Sized Cargo lip gloss and two HD Mascaras.
  • Full Sized Pixi bronzer and eyeliner.
  • Three Full Sized EM lipsticks.
  • Full Sized Vincent Longo lip gloss.
  • Full Sized NYX palette and Chunky Dunk lip gloss.
  • Lots more full sized outer deluxe sample sized items. (See pics).
  • Ipsy Generation Beauty Bag.
Some vendors were also selling items at a discounted price. There were also lots of contest and presentations by well known Beauty Guru's.
With that being said I can't wait to attend next year. I hope to see you there!
